CFPB is permanently changing the regulatory landscape.  From mortgage lending to remittance transfers to credit cards, the way credit unions have been doing business in the past is not the way credit unions will be doing business in the future.  This session reviews upcoming regulatory changes, what's on the CFPB's and NCUA's radars, and how credit unions can navigate in this new environment.

About Lauren Capitini

Lauren Capitini is a compliance manager for CUNA Mutual Group. She is responsible for issues involving regulatory compliance, lending and deposits, and overall credit union operations. Previously, Calhoun was a senior attorney at the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) where she worked with heavily regulated industries. She advised members of Congress and agency officials on statutory and regulatory issues.
