Dealing with Media in Times of Crisis
When disaster strikes, the last person any organization wants to deal with is a reporter.  Unfortunately, the media plays a critical role in your crisis, and it’s important that you learn how to deal effectively with them in a crisis situation.  In this 1 hour and 30 minute training video, you’ll learn from PR practitioners, as well as a credit union CEO who had to take a crash course in crisis communication following the collapse of Enron.  Bob Gallman, COO of the League is also featured in this video, offering the bigger picture of disaster preparedness.
