If you open and document accounts in Texas, this is the seminar for you! An A to Z on all the Texas law, documentation requirements plus the federal Bank Secrecy requirements to open accounts. Texas has had many new procedures for business accounts and other type of accounts. We also address those tough member questions such as "Does my will override a POD? or What happens if the custodian dies on a UTMA? Do I have to sign that share certificate document?" Do you know the answers? If not, you will learn great answers to hard questions. Bring a copy of your account card and account agreement as many issues are addressed in your card during the program.
