Mary White, the original designer and facilitator of this training since it’s inception in 1993, combines her in-depth knowledge of the financial industry and enthusiasm for teaching to make this a “must attend” training. Mary has worked for many years with credit unions, credit union leagues, call centers, banks, hospitals & manufacturing companies. She passionately believes in the importance of credit unions investing in the ‘human capital’.

Educational Investment

Fee Per Person
$299 per person/per day

Walk-ins accommodated on a space available basis. Your investment includes instruction, extensive handouts, continental breakfast, lunch, and two refreshment breaks.

Registrant Cancellation Policy
Substitutions are always welcome.  Registration fee refunds (less a $50 processing fee per person) are granted for cancellations received in writing two weeks prior to the seminar.
