Membership Surveys
Examples of what a Membership Survey can tell you:

  • Who your members use as their primary financial institution - and why
  • Where your members are going for their loans, savings, and checking services
  • Member satisfaction at your credit union
  • The likelihood that members will use new services you may offer
  • How members rate your different locations
  • The demographic make-up of your membership 

How it Works:  We handle all aspects of the survey process. This includes questionnaire design; all printing, mailing, and data entry; statistical analysis of the survey data; and a complete written report of the findings, including text and color graphics, comparisons to regional and national data, and a list of strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations.

We conduct 2 mailings, 2 weeks apart, to a sample of 2,000 members (2,500 for the 4-page survey).  Each mailing consists of a cover letter, questionnaire, and business reply envelope addressed to CU Resources. The first mailing is sent in the CU's envelopes, with a cover letter signed by the CEO. The second mailing is sent in our envelopes, with a cover letter signed by the Director of Research.

We can also conduct online membership surveys. 

Timeframe:  We provide the final report within 90 days of the first mailing.

Cost:  The pricing options below include all stages of the survey process:

  • 1-page questionnaire (legal size, one side only) $6,200
  • 2-page questionnaire (legal size, front & back) $8,900
  • 4-page (standard size) $11,400 

A presentation of the survey results is available for an additional $250 plus travel expenses.  Also, three bound copies of the survey results will be provided; additional copies are $25 a piece.
