President Richard L. Ensweiler

Richard L. (Dick) Ensweiler is the President and CEO of the Texas Credit Union League and its affiliates. Dick is a dedicated credit union enthusiast who has spent his entire professional career in the credit union movement.

Prior to joining the Texas Credit Union League, he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Relations at CUNA Mutual Group. He also served for 10 years as President and CEO of the Illinois Credit Union League and its affiliates.

Dick serves on the Board of Directors of Credit Union National Association and is the immediate past Chairman.  He also serves as Chairman of League InfoSight, LLC and on the Boards of TNB Card Services, and his alma mater, Lakeland College.

He holds designations as a Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) and a Certified Association Executive (CAE). He is also a DE (Credit Union Development Educator).  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lakeland College, Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
