Unless otherwise specified, the following information applies to most conferences, seminars and training sessions organized by TCUL Training & Events.  Details may vary by event.  Please contact Training & Events at Training@tcul.coop or (800) 442-5762, Ext. 6630 if you have questions concerning specific events or policies.

Attire
The attire for events are business casual.  Please bring a light sweater or jacket for your personal comfort as room temperature may vary.

 

Cancellation Policy
Substitutions are always welcome. Cancellations received at least 10 business days before the program will receive a full registration refund, less a cancellation processing fee.  Cancellations must be received in writing to Training & Events by email at Training@tcul.coop or fax (469) 385-6730.

 

Hotel Tax Exemption for Federal Credit Unions
Tax exemption policies vary from hotel to hotel.  Please contact the hotel where you have made reservations to inquire about their policy, or contact Training & Events at Training@tcul.coop.  The NCUA Letter of Exemption, which hotels may require, is available from the NCUA's website:  Visit www.ncua.gov and type “Letter of Exemption” in the search box.
