The Texas Credit Union League Supports Face to Face Meetings as Critical Business Opportunities

TCUL hosts many successful educational programs each year through a variety of delivery channels for convenient access by our members.  Among these delivery channels, members will find both Face to Face as well as e-Training opportunities.  To access the wide range of programs and services available to Texas Credit Union League Members, please review the calendar of events.

While virtual meetings and communications have their merits, face to face events have certain intrinsic benefits that are unequaled in other forums:

• Face-to-face meetings build trust and relationships;
• Education and training delivered during are more effective in a live setting;
• Live meetings actually save time and money;
• Live meetings result in a more effective exchange of ideas;
• Face-to-face meetings provide the human connection that powers business;
• Face-to-face meetings create jobs and powers the economy which is directly in line with the Credit Union philosophy of People Helping People.

TCUL is utilizing the Face Time message created by the Convention Industry Council (CIC) to promote the irreplaceable benefits of human interaction and relationship building that may only be realized through face-to-face meetings.  We hope our members will agree and support this initiative.
