More and more credit unions are providing escrow accounts due to changes that occurred a couple years ago on first-lien higher-priced loans.  Not surprisingly, examiners have also increased escrow-requirement reviews.

RESPA has numerous, very specific requirements on how and when escrow disclosures are given.  This webinar will review the entire process, and reveal common errors and examiner citations.  Checklists will be provided that will ensure your credit union complies with escrow requirements and that your disclosures and statements are complete.

About the Presenter:
