Booth Assignments and Deadlines

All booth spaces are assigned on a first-paid basis. Full payment is required by June 14, 2013. Mail your payment along with the Exhibitor Booth Application & Contract to:

Booth Rates and Payments

Make payment payable to the TCUL.
Standard Booth Fee: $1,845
Premium Booth Fee: $1,945
If booth is purchased after August 2, 2013, payment by credit card (VISA, MC or AMEX), is required.

Booth Fee Includes:

  • 8' x 10' Booth Space
  • 8’ Draped Back Wall
  • 3’ Draped Side Wall
  • Company Identification Sign
  • (2) Two Complimentary Conference Registrations
  • Carpeted Ballroom Expo Area
  • (1) One 6’ Skirted Table & (2) Two Chairs
  • Expo Welcome Reception
  • Pre-Attendee List- 3 Weeks Prior to the Show
  • Post Attendee List- Via Email after the Show

Additional Exhibitor Registration

Two (2) complimentary registrations are included with each booth fee. Additional booth personnel may register in advance for $200 through August 2. After August 2 and on-site, the additional badge fee is $250 each for expo hall only. A Full Conference registration (includes education) is $425 regardless of date. A maximum of four (4) persons, per booth allowed at one time. There is no refund for cancellations of additional exhibitor registrants. Prices are subject to change.

Booth Confirmation
Mail your payment to: Texas Credit Union League, Julie Slider/Leadership Expo, 4455 LBJ Freeway, Suite 1100, Farmers Branch, TX 75244-5998. Full payment and complete contract are required by June 14, 2013 or your reserved booth will be released. Upon receipt of the contract and payment, confirmation of the booth space assigned will be sent via email. If booth is purchased after August 2, 2013, payment by credit card (VISA, MC or AMEX) is required.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Exhibits Manager. If notification is received on or before June 14, 2013, all monies less a $300 administrative fee per booth, will be refunded. Cancellations received June 14, 2013 until June 30, 2013, 50% of monies will be refunded. Cancellations received after June 30, 2013, obligates exhibitor to full payment of the rental and forfeiture of all monies paid. No refunds will be made after June 30, 2013. There are no refunds for additional badges, package registration, or program book advertising.
