Booth Assignments and Deadlines
All booth spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis in the order - Exhibit Booth Space Application & Contract including deposit - is received. With a 50% deposit, booth location can be confirmed. Full payment is required by February 18, 2013 to hold your booth space. Contracts should be addressed to:

Standard Booth: $1,995
Premium Booth: $2,145 (corner locations)

Additional Exhibitor Registration
Two (2) complimentary registrations are included with each booth fee. Additional booth personnel may register in advance for $200 through March 8th. After March 8th and on-site the additional badge fee is $250 each for expo hall only. A Full Conference registration (includes education) is $450 regardless of date. A maximum of four (4) persons, per booth allowed at one time. There is no refund for cancellations of additional exhibitor registrants. Prices are subject to change.
Hotel reservation information will be available online at www.tcul.coop. Rooms are on a first-come, first-serve basis and reservations are the responsibility of exhibitor. Hospitality Suite requests must be directed to Texas Credit Union League at 800-442-5762, ext. 6638.
