About the Presenter:
Celeste is the founder and President/CEO of cuStrategies LLC.  As a credit union industry strategist and expert, she provides strategic planning, consulting, and training to the credit union industry.  A dynamic and engaging speaker for over 15 years, Celeste delivers motivational keynote sessions for national credit union associations and credit union leagues across the nation.

Celeste previously worked for a $1.6 billion credit union in Atlanta and worked as a consultant/trainer with Rex Johnson of Lending Solutions Consulting.  Celeste has a degree in business management, a Certification in Sales Leadership Strategies through CUNA, and has contributed to several articles in the Branch Managers Letter.
